Open to 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training students who have completed the Yin Yoga 1 module.
This program is offered via ZOOM. Recordings are available to enrolled students for 1 year.
This 8-week program is an exploration of teaching Yin Yoga. Each participant will teach a 60-minute Yin Yoga class to the group. Feedback is available from the trainer (Mona) and other students.
Pre-requisites: Yin Yoga 1
Required Reading: same as for Yin 1 + your Yin Yoga 1 manual.
Pre Module Homework: Prepare a 60-minute Yin Yoga class to teach to the group.

The cost of the program is $350 CAD.
There is a payment plan option: A deposit of $175 CAD to register and $175 CAD payable 30 days later.
