Janati Yoga Teacher Training

The Deep Dive

This is a program focused on establishing daily practice and self-care routines so that these key components are in place. Other important topics include the Map of Yoga, Home Practice, Ayurveda, Mantra and Meditation. 

This 65-hour program is open to anyone who wants to dive deeper into yoga, and who wants support in setting themselves up with daily practice and self-care routines. We take 20 students, and 5 teachers who want to go back to studenting. Registration in The Deep Dive includes registration in our Open Practice program for the duration of your enrolment in The Deep Dive. 

Tuition is $1750 CND. A deposit of $500 is required at registration.

Livestreamed ZOOM class dates are:
  1. Weekly webinars on Thursdays from 6pm-8:30pm starting on September 17th, 2020 for 12-weeks until December 3rd, 2020: Building Blocks of a Personal Practice, Mantra, and Meditation.
  2. Weekend 1 – September 19th, 2020: Map the Yoga Terrain pt 1
  3. Weekend 2 – October 3rd, 2020: Map the Yoga Terrain pt 2
  4. Weekend 3 – October 31st, 2020: Ayurveda’s First Pillar of Health (Nourishment)
  5. Weekend 4 – November 14, 2020: Ayurveda’s Second Pillar of Health (Sleep)
  6. Weekend 5 – November 28th, 2020: Ayurveda’s Third Pillar of Health (Energy Management)
 
Notes:
 – Weekly Thursdays webinars are 6pm-8:30pm and Saturdays are 9am-4:30pm.
   Each Saturday session will have a lunch break.

  Pre-requisite: none!

Tuition: $1750 (includes required reading books and self-care kit)
Deposit of $500 required for registration into the program.
