In this workshop you will:
- Practice yoga techniques so you remain calm during confrontation
- Employ simple yogic communication strategies that keep both parties relaxed
- Unleash confident self-expression by identifying your internal and external boundaries
- Explore the spiritual dimension of your relationship to self, others, and life
