Together we’ll embrace the art of stopping. Experience the power of gentle yoga, breathing, mantras and meditation techniques to return you to a natural state of ease – which improves your quality of life, and your overall health, tremendously.
You will relax, move slowly, breathe, and find out how to consciously trigger your relaxation response. This precious skill will help you to prevent stress, quiet your mind, boost your mood, and stay more balanced no matter what is going on around you.
Best of all, once learned, the techniques stay with you always—on or off your yoga mat. Resources to support home practice will be provided. Appropriate for beginners, as well as more experienced yoga students and teachers.
