Kundalini Yoga is a tradition involving yoga postures, movements and meditations to harness the innate energy within humans to develop various aspects of the self. This practice strengthens the nervous system, optimizes endocrine function, and offers exercises for the body, mind and spirit. A typical Kundalini Yoga class involves a set of physical postures and dynamic exercises followed by a deep relaxation and closing with a meditation. Kundalini Yoga offers a diverse array of yoga sets and meditations. Every class is a new experience.

This is a donation-based class and we will be collecting for the Kingston Humane Society.
