- 2:15pm Felden-what? An Introduction to Feldenkrais Method w Susan Yee, registered Occupational Therapist
- 3pm Natural Approach to Alleriges w Dr. Elizabeth Brothers, Naturopathic Doctor
- 3:45pm Aromatic Ayurveda w Laurel Wilson, Certified Aromatherapist
- 4:30pm Crystal Bowl Sound Performance w Yessica Rivera Belsham, Circle of Wellness
Doors open at 9:30am. Space in the talks are filled on a first come, first serve basis. The first 50 participants through the door get gift bags. Come, and bring a friend – the whole event is FREE!
