Join Kerry in this deeply soothing and meditative practice, where you can slow down enough to allow yourself the precious time and space develop quiet stillness, in body, mind, spirit, so you can release, recover and renew.
An aromatherapy blend will be diffused in the studio during this class and there is an option to have diluted essential oils massaged onto the body for added calming effects and tension release.
A towel and socks are mandatory for this class. Please bring them with you.
Investment: $35 per class or $60 for both.
