Union Barre Express

Union Barre is an energetic and empowering low-impact workout, fusing yoga postures, breath work, isometric ballet conditioning and meditation. This all level class is designed to build strength and mobility through a combination of body weight exercises, muscle isolation with high repetitions of small and large range of movements, creating optimal body balance, improved posture and muscle tone.
Throughout class each student will be empowered to modify postures, develop greater body awareness and a stronger mind-body connection, enhancing their everyday lives, cultivating a greater sense of presence, power and peace.
