(Sunday) Restorative & Essential Oils
Sunday from 6:30 pm – 7:45 pm
Known as the ‘dessert of yoga’, restorative practice cultivates relaxation, ease, and stillness with a focus on soothing and unwinding the nervous system, which is excellent for balancing the busyness of everyday life. This practice uses props for full support in each pose, so we can relax fully.
Aromatherapy is incorporated into class through the personal application of diluted essential oils to our pulse points, while a beautiful blend is diffused throughout practice to help still the mind, release the body and uplift the heart.
Everyone is welcome to this class – beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
