Slow Flow is a style of yoga that that links together a creative sequence of poses with the breath. Slow Flow Yoga is a gentle moving practice where we focus on slowing down by using a deep steady breath, holding postures, transitioning smoothly, and opening gently and mindfully with the ability to move deeper into one’s body and self.
Suitable for all levels and those who want to move the body, strengthen and lengthen. Music is often played in these classes and a variety of props may or may not be used including blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets.
