Simply gentle is a blend of dallas’ simply yoga and Gillian’s gentle flow. They will take turns leading class for the July/August 2019 schedule.
You can expect some movement, some still stretching, some strengthening, and some mental calming. We do a little bit of it all without doing too much.We’ll use the key alignment principles of basic yoga poses as our guide, linking our movement to breathing practices that help us move towards steadiness and relaxation, helping you to navigate life off the mat.
