Hatha is a blend of posture practice, breathwork, relaxation and meditation. It balances the body-mind with the rhythms of modern-day life.
This class is appropriate for all levels. It will have segments that are challenging, and others will cultivate softness and relaxation. We work to balance our body-mind and integrate our experiences with humour and ease.
