In this class, we cultivate relaxation, ease, and stillness in order to relax and soothe the nervous system. We use all the Yoga props we can find to support ourselves completely during this calming practice.
Appropriate for all levels of practitioner, Restorative Yoga is considered the “dessert” of Yoga practices.
