For those looking for respite from their busy life, or for those who are post injury or illness, and want to gradually renew strength and resilience in the body.
Half the class will be gentle movement with the intensity adjusted to meet the needs of the students. The second half of the class will be restorative Yoga. Restorative Yoga allows profound relaxation where deep healing can take place.
