Rest + Restore
Wednesday from 6:00 pm – 7:15 pm
Rest + Restore is a gentle yoga practice designed to completely support the body into stillness, deep relaxation, healing and rest. Each breath will be guided to consciously unwind allowing for space and the opportunity to release deep stored up tension. We’ll complete the practice with a decadent integration pose and Yoga Nidra meditation. This class is for all levels of experience.
