Relax and Rejuvenate
Monday from 3:30 pm – 4:45 pm
This gentle yoga practice will help you relax through breath work and gentle movement leading to strengthening of the body and calming of the mind and emotions. The body will be supported into stillness, relaxation, healing and ultimately rejuvenation. When the breath calms, the body and mind follow. This class is for all levels of experience.
