Perri van Rossem is a Certified Yoga Therapist, CYA-Gold Registered Yoga Teacher, Student and Spiritual Seeker, who found yoga in 1990. She has a passion for showing her students how to create a joy filled life, soaring spirit, vital healthy body and calm mind through understanding and integrating the principles and practices of Yoga into their life in the way most suitable for each individual.
Join her as she guides you through a 4 hour exploration into the pelvic floor — the most fundamental source of support for the entire human system.
For 2 hours on Friday night, then 2 hours Saturday morning discover how the Pelvic Floor effects our everyday lives, how to build strength, flexibility and support in this reclusive muscle group. Peeing when you laugh does not have to be a way of life. Learn how to control this behaviour and improve other adverse effects of poor Pelvic Floor control, such as lower back pain.
Perri will teach you what you can do in your daily life, and as a dedicated practice, to efficiently and effectively awaken your fundamental core support — Your Pelvic Floor.
