Peace and Strength
Tuesday from 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm
Let’s practice slowing down, breathing, ‘being’…….and moving.
Each class we will take time to check in….find out where we truly ‘are’ today….and how best to practice our yoga.
We will find peace in our postures by being aware, moving and breathing consciously and simultaneously.
We will find strength in our postures and increase strength in our bodies as we do this.
You may find yourself amazed at how quickly and easily the mind and body settle into this process.
All levels of experience welcome.
