Meditation for Beginners

In this class we will be exploring the practice of meditation. We will begin each class with a small movement portion, working on getting into a comfortable seat. Using different styles and methods of meditation, we will work towards a practice of calmness, stillness, and tranquility.
This class is great for those new to meditation and for those that would like to meditate in community.
