Would you love to balance on your hands or see the world from upside down in an inverted pose?
In this class the intention is to:
- Understand the fundamental shape of the pose, usually plank or downward dog
- Practice the fundamentals and incrementally add pieces as we work towards the full expression
- Watch what unfolds!
The practice of hand balances and inversions provide a perfect opportunity to practice for a long period of time, with great diligence, toward a particular goal and yet remain content with the result in our mind-body.
