Kirtan is a powerful, joyful and simple way to meditate; it brings stillness to the mind and a heart-opening sense of connection to self and community. Kirtan is a form of Bhakti (devotional) Yoga that is non-denominational, practiced by the shared chanting of ancient mantras.
Everyone is welcome: previous singing, chanting, and yoga experience is not required. Bring a friend and experience firsthand the uplifting power of this lesser-known form of yoga!
