Ayurveda is an ancient art of living in harmony with the laws of nature.
Encompassing diet and nutrition, lifestyle, exercise, philosophy and more, Ayurveda teaches that we each have a unique psychological/biological constitution, and provides a framework for discovering our own individual path to health.
Join Laurel for a fun afternoon of learning the basics of this holistic approach to wellness. Our time will include lecture, discussion, yoga practices (and more!) and is open to all who are curious!
Investment: $50 (includes HST).
Yoga Alliance CE credits will be provided to yoga teachers upon request at no additional charge. Space is limited.
