Known as the “science of lifestyle”, Ayurveda is a comprehensive and ancient approach to health through aligning with nature’s rhythms and seasons. We’ll approach Ayurveda through the map of the Three Pillars of Health:
- Sleep, and
- Energy Management.
Through conversation, we’ll explore this map and how it unfolds differently for each of us. We’ll even try some of the Ayurveda tools for an experience of the practices. And there will be lots of time for you to ask questions – that’s the whole point!
