In this standalone workshop students will be introduced to The Process, a multidimensional framework that teaches us how to source peace, happiness and contentment from within by becoming conscious of the illusion of separateness.
Our perception determines how we behave in the world. Unknowingly, we often perpetuate the behaviours and systems that keep us defending and/or attacking one another thereby creating our own pain and suffering. Students will learn how to use The Process as a tool to remain open, compassionate and resilient in a world filled with pain and suffering.
