Wednesday from 5:30 pm – 6:45 pm
This is an approachable Vinyasa based class, with postures that flow from one pose into the other. The pacing will be moderate with the encouragement for students to ease into each pose mindfully. Adaptations, modifications and supports will be provided. Each class will begin with an opening meditation and end with a restful integration.
The intention of this class is to work the body gently and mindfully, to promote healing and growth in the practice.
Beginners and all experience levels welcome.
