Hatha with Healing Sounds

Hatha is a blend of posture practice, breath work, relaxation and meditation.
Pairing breath with movement helps us balance our body & mind with the rhythms of modern day life.
This class will have movement segments that are challenging while others will cultivate softness and relaxation.
We work to balance our body-mind and integrate our experiences with humour and ease.
We complete the movement portion of class resting & relaxing in an extended integration, immersing ourselves in the melodic healing sounds and cosmic vibrations of Tibetan & Crystal singing bowls (and sometimes some other mystery instruments!)
Sounds & vibrations washing over and through you can balance energy and help both the body and the mind to relax deeply, into a peaceful, meditative state.
No singing required!
