Yoga & Sound Bath

This class offers a blend of posture practice, breath work, relaxation and meditation.
Pairing breath with movement helps us balance our body & mind with the rhythms of modern day life.
We will practice movement segments that are challenging & others that cultivate softness and relaxation, integrating our experiences with humour and ease.
We complete the movement portion of class relaxing in a comfortable rest pose, immersing ourselves in the melodic healing sounds and vibrations of Tibetan & Crystal singing bowls, sometimes accompanied by other soothing instruments.
Sounds & vibrations washing over and through you can balance energy and help both the body and the mind to relax deeply, into a peaceful, meditative state.
No singing required!
