Hatha is a blend of posture practice, breath work, relaxation and meditation. It balances the body-mind with the rhythms of modern day life.
This class is appropriate for all levels. It will have segments that are challenging, and others will cultivate softness and relaxation. We work to balance our body-mind and integrate our experiences with humour and ease.
We complete the integration portion of the class listening to healing sounds and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls. This helps both the body and the mind to relax deeply, into a meditative state.”
