Build a strong foundation and improve your balance and strength by reconnecting to the muscle and all the beautiful fascia of your hips, legs and feet.
Beginning with unwinding, this workshop will weave together self-massage using therapy balls, breathwork, yoga and strengthening. With a smattering of fresh moves to keep you inspired.
Props will be plentiful and will include self-massage using Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls.
You’ll head home feeling blissfully relaxed and with easy short practices, you can do any day.
