Ground & Calm
Thursday from 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm
This class welcomes the mind, heart and bones to settle down and find rest. It creates space for freeing breaths, inward focus, deep release and gentle grounding.
The practice moves between a soft flow and restorative postures, supported by guided visualizations that inspire the imagination and awaken the heart.
You will enjoy freeing the lower back, hips, spine, shoulders and neck as healing chants draw each class to a close.
All levels of experience are welcome.
