Gentle Yoga is for those who want to try yoga at a slower pace. This class utilizes elements of a hatha yoga practice, with a particular focus on slow, nurturing poses that allow us to move mindfully. Students are encouraged to bring movement to their bodies within their own capacity, and at their own pace.
This class is great for anyone who has movement limitations, chronic pains, or for those looking to start a yoga practice. It can also challenge those with an established practice to move a little slower, allowing ample opportunity to be present in their practice.
You will leave this class feeling peaceful, spacious and finding more balance in your body.
