Wednesday from 7:00 pm – 8:15 pm
Learn, or re-visit, some of the poses (asanas) and shapes that are commonly taught in yoga. Explore a variety of breathing techniques (pranayama) and experience mindful meditation. This class will give you a good foundation and prepare you for many other classes in the future. All levels welcome, but this class will greatly benefit those who have never done yoga or those who have only done yoga a few times.
