Foundations for Power

In this class we slow down and break down the components of a power yoga class, including Sun Salutations, flows & postures.
We learn to recognize the terminology and the cues used in a class, how to move and breathe through a flow, and get in and out of postures safely and effectively.
Tips and suggestions for finding a sense of ease & balance while holding a strong pose will be shared with you.
If you have thought of joining a power class but have been hesitant or concerned that you aren’t quite ready, this is the place to begin.
