Letting go is not just releasing specific situations or the stress of our daily lives at the beginning of a yoga class. Letting go is a constant daily practice. Letting go creates a sense of space in our entire being, full of contentment, full of an inner knowingness. In Focus and Let Go, with self-compassion, non-attachment, and non-judgement, we will learn to slow down our racing, busy minds using meditation and pranayama (breathwork) and, through postures and slow flow, let go of what no longer serves us.
All levels of experience are welcome.
