Wanting to improve the functioning of your legs?

Learning through movement and exploration, you will learn how your knees and ankles can be better organized to the rest of your body.

  • decrease arthritic pain
  • increase flexibility of the leg joints
  • protect your knees and ankles

The lessons begin simply and increase in complexity throughout the series.

No experience is necessary.

Pre-registration is required.

Tuesday 7pm-8pm

April 4th – April 25th

Investment: $20 per class or $70 if registered for series of 4.
