As we move into September, a month of busy-ness, it is useful to have a tool to help us ground, center, and settle – whether it’s to calm you down before an interview, help you fall asleep at night, or keep you from yelling at a loved one (it happens to the best of us!). Join Mona for a short session where we will test drive the belly breath, then have time for Q&A. If you are someone who would benefit from slowing down, calming down, and grounding – this is the short session for you.
