This class is a continuation of our beginner series.
In this session we will explore the different styles of practice: hatha, gentle flow, flow, salutations, power, yin, and restorative. We continue to explore asanas (postures), alignment, pranayama (breath), savasana (relaxation), and the Yoga philosophy of yama & niyama as these pertain to the various styles of practice.
