About the 8-Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program:
Enter into the heart of stillness. If you long for more inner peace, our Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) may help you. We use an integrative mind-body approach to invite you to arrive more fully in this moment.MBSR is a tool that that allows us to shift our world view and build our capacity to make changes, especially in experiences of anxiety, depression and hostility.
Research shows us that many participants experience increased self-confidence and motivation to take better care of themselves. As well, most people experience a greater sense of control over their lives and an increased willingness to look at stressful events as challenges rather than threats.
