We offer private one-on-one and small group classes. Please call or email for details.

A one on one private class offers us the ability to focus on your specific needs: postures/techniques, meditation, mantra/chanting, philosophy, relaxation/yoga nidra, etc. It is of particular benefit to those that have specific health concerns, physical limitations, or illness.

A private group class is ideal for the workplace, team building, social clubs or a group of friends that have the same interest or goals for their yoga.
