It is through the practice of – asana, meditation, the breath – that Heather finds peace, compassion, strength, and love. And she is passionate about supporting her students to find the same. Both on and off the mat! Heather’s classes reflect her own practice – strengthening, empowering, and challenging with acceptance, non-judgement, and humour.
