My journey began as I searched for a holistic solution to mental health and well being, yoga was introduced to me well before I ever knew it would be centrifugal force in my life. I have experience in many forms of alternative wellness. Yoga is the primary modality that has helped me cultivate both physical and mental well-being, and channel my culture and heritage.
In short, Yoga means union and through my practice I express it’s different limbs like, Asana, Pranayama, Advaita Vedanta and meditation to help students develop uniformity of mind body and soul. I have continuously integrated this through my yoga practice and now with each asana and breath, I connect at a deeper level through my intuitive inner knowing.
Through my practice of Yoga Asanas and breath work, it has allowed for me to cultivate a state of self-awareness and presence. That state of self-awareness and self-love allows the student to be connected to themselves, in the present moment on and off the mat.
In 2016, I received my 200-hour certification in Yoga Mindfulness Teacher Training. I am also a trained Practitioner of Reiki, Reconnective Healing, and CranioSacral Therapy.
