This recipe is a great natural healthy hydration formula without all the sugar of the store bought version. It’s especially helpful during the dry winter season and the hot sweaty summer season 🙂
3 cups water
1 lime (you will squeeze out the juice of the lime, including the pulp that comes out naturally)
1 tsp sea salt or rock salt
2-3 tbsp maple syrup
Add all the ingredients to the water. Adjust the salt and maple syrup to taste.
