Yoga with Shane: A certified Hatha and certified Kundalini Yoga teacher with an M.A. in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, Shane shares insights from different internal arts, spiritual traditions, movement modalities and holistic health practices which can be used as ways to bring one’s yoga practice beyond the four corners of the mat into day-to-day life. Exploring the balance and relationship between body, mind and Self, his practice offers opportunities to heal and feel, strengthen and lengthen, recreate and appreciate.
You will find just the right amount of guidance, accessibility and challenge in his classes which focus on facilitating powerful in-body experiences, anchoring one’s mind here and now to create calmness and peace when coming to stillness. Attentive and energetic, Shane creates a safe space that ranges from soothing softness to fiery intensity. Students appreciate his kind, strong, positive and light perspectives that shine through his teachings. He believes wholeheartedly that yoga, in its many forms, is a tool anyone can use to cultivate more passion, meaning, love and awareness in their lives to become their best and brightest selves.
