Sarah has been practicing yoga for close to 20 years, and has been teaching various forms of yoga since 2006. She has been fortunate to train in Sivananda, Ashtanga, Yin, and Kundalini Yoga. Sarah has also trained in Buddhist meditation techniques with Tibetan monks and Nuns, in Dharamsala, India. Most recently she trained in an innovative functional movement form of yoga. Sarah approaches yoga and meditation as tools for shifting consciousness, developing resilience, and initiating healing experiences.
