Grief comes to everyone at one time or another. Grief does not discriminate. Grief can feel like a cement elephant on your chest. We feel this way because grief is all about love – and we have loved, and now that love is gone, so we grieve.
A loss can be a death of a loved one, a divorce, a retirement, a loss of self and/or a loss of feeling safe in the world. Society tends to want us to rush through our grief and “move-on” and “get-over-it”. When we can’t – we are made to feel isolated and broken. However, if we are given the time we need, to work through our grief story, in own way – a transformational healing can occur. Healing our grief comes when we understand grief can be the greatest spiritual teacher we will ever have – and it can help us to transform our grief-story, where we can learn to love, live and laugh again.

What to expect:
We will look at approaching each the traditional 5 stages of grief as a spiritual rite of passage.
Participants will be taught specific techniques to release the heavy emotions of grief.
You will be guided to meet your soul partner, your guardian angel, your guide, divine soul-guide, who is always in harmony with your for your highest wisdom and healing.
And then you will experience a guided healing meditation designed to help you accept the lessons and release the heaviness and pain of grief.
You will leave with a workbook and specific tips, techniques that you can use everyday to manage your grief.
